After-sale Service
1. Product warranty period:
12 months after equipment acceptance.
2. Pre-sales service:
1) We will visit the customer's factory, discuss equipment specifications, and investigate the current process.
2) Cooperate with the customer to conduct necessary preliminary experiments.
3) Submit equipment specifications, concept drawings, piping system diagrams, and quotations.
3. On-site installation and start-up work:
We dispatch our engineers to the customer's factory and start up the equipment safely and normally. We provide technical support to customers until stable operation.
4.Training on operation and maintenance methods:
During on-site installation and start-up, we will educate the person in charge and workers on how to operate and maintain the equipment.
5. After-sales service:
If a problem arises due to equipment after the acceptance inspection, we will promptly solve the problem online or by dispatching an engineer (free of charge within 12 months. After that, it will be charged.)
